Personal data processing policy
How ООО «АТФ» collects, uses and protects the personal data of website visitors and clients, which cookies the website uses and how to exercise your rights.
1. General provisions
This policy sets out how we process and protect the personal data of visitors to https://atf.llc and of clients who contact us through the website. It is drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.

The policy applies to all data the operator receives through the website, including all its language versions. By submitting a request you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms set out in it.
2. What data we process
Data from a quote request:
- surname, first name and position of the contact person;
- phone number and e-mail address, preferred way of contact;
- company name, tax number (INN) and other company details;
- information about the cargo, route, timing and delivery terms, attached documents.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from, advertising campaign tags (UTM), pages viewed on the website, date and time of the visit.
Website usage data — collected with cookies and the Yandex Metrica service (section 6).
We do not process special categories of personal data (health, beliefs, etc.) or biometric data.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
We process personal data in order to:
- review your request, calculate shipping cost and timing, and contact you;
- conclude and perform a freight forwarding agreement and related services;
- prepare transport and customs documents on your instruction;
- analyse website traffic and requests and improve the website;
- comply with obligations under Russian law.
Legal grounds: your consent (Art. 6(1)(1) of Law 152-FZ), which you give by ticking the consent box when submitting a request; conclusion and performance of an agreement to which you or the organisation you represent is a party; legal requirements.
4. How data is processed and stored
Processing includes collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer (provision, access), depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of data — with and without automation.
Recording, systematisation, accumulation and storage of personal data of Russian citizens are carried out using databases located in the Russian Federation.
Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years after your last contact if no agreement has been concluded between us. Documents under concluded agreements are kept for the periods required by law. If you withdraw consent, processing stops and the data is destroyed within 30 days unless the law requires otherwise.
5. Sharing data with third parties
We do not sell personal data and share it only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing:
- with carriers, shipping lines, agents, warehouses, customs representatives and other parties to the shipment — to carry out your instruction;
- with the DaData company-details service (Dadata LLC, Russia) — the company name or tax number you type into the request form, to fill in company details automatically;
- with the Telegram service — a notification about a new request (contact details and shipment parameters) sent to our managers' work chat;
- with the e-mail service through which the website sends request notifications to our staff;
- with the Yandex Metrica web-analytics service (Yandex LLC, Russia) — website usage data (section 6);
- with public authorities — where required by law.
All recipients must keep the data confidential and secure.
7. Cross-border transfer
Some data is transferred outside the Russian Federation: Telegram (UAE) — notifications about new requests sent to our managers' work chat (section 5).
This country is not on the list of states providing adequate protection of data subjects' rights. Cross-border transfer is carried out in accordance with Art. 12 of Law 152-FZ, only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing, and with your consent, which you give when submitting a request.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- obtain information about the processing of your personal data;
- require that your data be updated, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
- withdraw your consent to personal-data processing;
- appeal against the operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.
Send a request or withdrawal of consent to info@atf.llc or by post to 690000, г. Владивосток, ул. Нейбута, 12–84. We will reply within 10 business days of receipt; this period may be extended by no more than 5 business days with notice of the reasons.
9. Data security
We take legal, organisational and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction: only employees who need data for their work have access to it; access to systems is through personal accounts; data transmission on the website is encrypted (HTTPS); backups are stored in the Russian Federation.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy; the new version takes effect when published on this page. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page. The current version is always available at https://atf.llc/privacy.
