What we analyse
We examine the current supply chain on hard data: the shipment register, forwarder and carrier invoices, customs declarations and detention/demurrage bills. For each lane we calculate the full landed cost to your warehouse — freight, D&D, duties and taxes, storage, the inland leg and the cost of capital in transit.
What you receive
You receive a report: landed cost by lane, a list of overpayments and losses quantified from your own data, and an action plan ranked by impact and effort. The recommendations are not tied to selling our services.
