Door-to-door air delivery
air + road under one contract
Door-to-door air delivery is the flight plus everything before and after it: supplier pickup, export, tender by cut-off, bonded storage and customs at the arrival airport, trucking to the warehouse. Most time is lost at the hand-offs, so we run them ourselves under a single contract.
We fit the route to the consignee's address: a direct flight to Moscow, Novosibirsk or Vladivostok and trucking to the warehouse — or arrival in Moscow and road delivery to the region. We compare the options on time and cost.

Route pricing
We price the whole route — pickup, export, air leg, bonded store, duties and delivery to the warehouse — as one itemised total.
same day - 02
Pickup and export
We collect from the supplier, weigh and measure at the hub, label and palletise, and clear export.
1–3 days - 03
Air leg
We tender the cargo before cut-off for the confirmed flight and track it by AWB until arrival.
1–3 days - 04
Airport customs
The cargo enters the arrival airport's bonded store; we file the DT, pay duties and obtain release.
1–3 days - 05
Door delivery
We truck the cargo to the consignee's warehouse — in the arrival city or regionally — and hand over closing documents.
1–5 days
Problems
The cargo has landed but sits in bonded storage: the airline has done its part, the broker waits for documents, nobody has ordered a truck.
One provider for the whole chain: the DT is prepared before arrival and the truck is planned for the day of release.
Damage was found at the consignee's warehouse and nobody can say on which leg it happened.
We photograph the pieces at the hub and on release from bonded storage; under the single contract we handle the claim, not you with three subcontractors.
The final cost grew because of charges that were not in the airport-to-airport rate.
We price the route end to end — from pickup to unloading at the warehouse — and show every item before shipment.
Documents
In a door-to-door setup the delivery term determines where our responsibility starts. EXW or FCA work best: then one provider controls the whole route, export included.
Incoterms
- EXW
- everything from the supplier's door is on us — the classic door-to-door setup
- FCA
- the supplier clears export and hands the cargo over to us
- DAP
- the seller delivers to the warehouse, import clearance on the buyer
Documents
- Forwarding contract
- one door-to-door contract setting liability and timing
- Commercial invoice
- for export at origin and the DT in Russia
- Packing List
- piece weights and dimensions — for booking, chargeable weight and truck choice
- AWB
- air waybill for the air leg
- Contract
- foreign trade contract with the delivery term
FAQ
You get not just the flight but the whole door-to-door chain under a single contract: pickup, export, air leg, customs and delivery to the consignee. Most time and money is lost between subcontractors — here one provider joins them up. You see the total cost before shipment.
We are, for the whole route. Under a freight forwarding contract the forwarder is liable to the client for the entire route, so there is no gap in responsibility between the road and air legs. We handle any damage claim.
Usually 4–10 days door-to-door: 1–3 days pickup and export, 1–3 days flight, 1–3 days customs at the arrival airport, and the rest is trucking, which depends on the distance from the airport. For remote regions we compare arrival in Moscow with a direct flight to Novosibirsk or Vladivostok.
Yes, we arrange trucking both in the origin country and in Russia. We deliver from the shipper's door to the consignee's door, including export clearance and the import DT.
In practice DDP into Russia is difficult for a foreign seller: the declarant on the DT is normally a Russian entity — the consignee. So shipments usually go on EXW, FCA or DAP, with the consignee clearing imports through us as broker. Delivery to the warehouse is still turnkey.
