The declaration end to end — from HS code to release
What we declare
We prepare and file the goods declaration (DT) for import — release for home use (IM 40) — and for export (EK 10): we assemble the document set, verify the HS code, determine the customs value, calculate duty, VAT, excise and the customs fee, and file the DT electronically.
How we get to release
We follow the DT through to release: answer the inspector's requests, justify the code and the value, prepare the cargo for inspection and file a declaration adjustment (KDT) where needed. The aim is release without dwell time at the temporary storage warehouse and without re-assessment in post-release audit.
