Warehouse labelling and repacking
Chestny Znak, stickering, multipacks, vacuum
Warehouse labelling and repacking is needed when goods arrive from China in the supplier's packaging but are to be sold in Russia: with a Russian-language sticker, a Chestny Znak code and a marketplace barcode. We do this work in the warehouse, verify every code with a scanner and ship goods ready for acceptance.
Chestny Znak codes are ordered by the goods owner in their account; the warehouse prints, applies, verifies and aggregates them into cartons. For imports timing matters: for many categories the codes are stated in the import declaration (DT), so marking is planned together with customs clearance.

Work instruction
We receive the work instruction, label templates and a reference unit, and check that sticker data match the conformity documents.

Verification and aggregation
We scan the applied codes and barcodes, check readability and match to SKU, and aggregate units into cartons and pallets.
same day - 05
Report and dispatch
We hand over the code report and the work act, and the goods go into storage or out to the marketplace warehouse.

Problems
The marketplace warehouse rejected the delivery: the barcode would not scan, the label was the wrong size, cartons had no labels.
We print on thermal printers to the platform's template, apply labels in the specified place and check readability with a scanner before dispatch.
Goods arrived from China without Russian-language information or Chestny Znak codes — they cannot be sold.
We apply a sticker with composition, importer details and the EAC mark based on the conformity documents, apply and verify Data Matrix codes and aggregate them into cartons.
The supplier's packaging does not survive delivery or meet the platform's requirements: crushed boxes, no individual packaging.
We repack into a bag or box, add protective film, build multipacks and transfer goods into new shipping cartons.

FAQ
Printing and applying Chestny Znak codes, marketplace barcodes, Russian-language stickers, price tags and carton labels, scanner verification and aggregation into cartons and pallets. Repacking, multipacks, shrink wrap and vacuum packing are added on request.
The codes are ordered by the goods owner — the market participant registered in the Chestny Znak system. The owner sends the code file to the warehouse, which prints, applies and verifies them and helps with aggregation into shipping packaging.
For many product groups codes must be applied before release — at the supplier, in the SVKh or in a customs warehouse — because they are stated in the declaration. The rules differ by category, so we check the marking procedure before the goods leave China.
A platform barcode on every unit (usually a 58×40 mm thermal label), a label on every shipping carton and, for marked goods, a Chestny Znak code. Platform requirements change from time to time, so we print from the current templates in the seller's account.
It is charged per unit and per label; it costs more if the supplier's packaging has to be opened or labels go on the product itself rather than the bag. We give an exact rate after seeing a reference unit and the work instruction.
Yes. We change packaging, shrink-wrap and vacuum-pack, build multipacks and sort out substandard units. Goods leave ready for the shelf or the marketplace warehouse.
